The Facial Massage Course and Concentration Session Work…
A beautiful new beginning to you!
I will start right away with a demonstration of the results of the course techniques.
The top photo pair was taken before starting the massages (Dec. ’22), and the bottom photo pair was taken 11 months later.
I work on my face consistently. If I were not consistent, signs of aging would be visible and would deepen.
I like the feeling of identity change (as I call it in my case) that comes with a refreshed appearance. I enjoy the increase in vitality, energy, etc., which allows me to dream of more. The 7th method of the course is showing that the body, likewise, is capable of healing and regenerating. All of this together is very exciting—there’s never a dull moment.
(The photos were taken with the same camera in the same place.)

After an 11-month facial massage course

I believe you would agree—working on oneself makes you more energetic and happier. The woman in the lower photo pair appears to be younger…
Afterward, I continued only with the positive concentration technique, no longer performing physical facial massages. You can read more about the nature and effects of the concentration technique at the link – ‘Positive Concentration Method’. You can watch the full video ‘Positive Feelings Sessions Work Wonders With the Body…’ under the 7th method of this course.

A practical note for those practicing
If you are overworked, tired, or struggling with an illness, as usual, the condition of your body will be noticeable in your appearance and demeanor. However, not all signs of bodily instability will erase the youthful effects you’ve already achieved. Yes, signs of disorder or sagging may appear, but the cellular renewal and increased facial muscle tone that have already developed will not disappear easily. When your health and well-being recover, your face will continue its restoration as usual.
Here is a comparative example showing that although the overall appearance of my face, compared to how it was after a year of facial massages, has suffered, the four-month break from working on my face and the illness have not brought back my previous age.

And a summarizing comparison of 2 years of work on the face.

After 2 years of working on the face

For younger practitioners
Be sure to take photos of yourself and assess changes accurately. Comparing different pictures will make the changes more apparent.
Questions of beauty deeply touch our souls…
Over the past year, three 45-year-old women participated in my facial massage sessions.
One of them is a long-term client. Previously, I had given her occasional facial massages over several years. Finally, when I showed her advanced facial massage techniques and she began doing them herself, her face has not aged further.
She is very satisfied, and her progress is significant.
Another woman was stoic and did not express much emotion. (I always take photos during sessions and show clients the changes.) She merely nodded when I showed her the pictures.
Eventually, after the fourth session, she acknowledged the changes and said that she could now see them in the mirror.
The last woman also had doubts. It took three sessions before she began to acknowledge and appreciate the changes.
These are the reactions of younger individuals.
Maintaining a youthful appearance is the same as restoring it—consistency is key in both processes.
For older practitioners
You will notice changes more easily. The number of sessions and frequency of repetitions that I have used for myself will also be suitable for you.
Additional Information
- In the technique videos, I used beautifying filters. I find that this makes the videos more aesthetically pleasing and culturally refined. However, the comparison photos and videos are unfiltered.
- I made the videos quite dense and focused; please pause or rewind the video if necessary.
- If you make the video player larger and cannot find the icon to make it smaller in the bottom right corner, pressing the ‘Esc’ key on the top left of your keyboard will make the player smaller again.
- I have emphasized here and there that you should adapt the techniques if needed. The videos show the techniques and their effects on me. You can develop your own valuable journey. All the necessary nuances for performing facial massages are highlighted in the videos.
- The main focus of the techniques is to stimulate the face’s restorative abilities. Therefore, the complexity of the techniques is not important. What matters is the duration of each session and the frequency of sessions.
- I did not show techniques for the neck. During the initial facial massages I performed on myself, I noticed that the neck also improved, even though it was not massaged. In some videos, I show techniques for the area under the chin, which you can also use for working on the neck.
- These techniques and comparison photos are genuine, real-life examples of how massages work. All our bodies have the same restorative system. If you follow the principles of session duration and repetition, good results are already assured. In the introductory video, I described how emotions can affect the rate of body recovery. Positive emotions can accelerate the smoothing effects of the facial skin. However, if you only have a typical work mood—’I want to perform the session…’—that’s fine. The fact that you are performing these sessions has already instructed your subconscious programming to restore your face. Your desire and will work fully even if you only have everyday feelings.
Strength and success to you!
LET’S GET STARTED! Video ‘Massages Rejuvenate the Face!’
The first video, ‘Massages Rejuvenate the Face!’ shows my own journey with facial massages.
In the video, I share my observations and demonstrate how and in what way the face changes under the effect of the massages—
even with a slow approach, the face will still change, though it may take several years.
The methods in the course are arranged in the order I used for myself.
I wanted to document the effects of the techniques and also show that all the techniques are effective.
The first three methods have a stronger impact, while methods 4-7 have a gentler effect.
When more mature individuals (ladies or gentlemen) are just starting with the techniques, you will likely notice that there are many stiff areas on the face.
Initially (if the condition of the face allows), it is useful to perform stronger techniques more frequently. Strong techniques will soften the stiff areas more quickly.
However, this does not mean you cannot choose your own pace and techniques. For example, deciding to use glass tools for massages (‘Daily 2’ video) every other day is also a good decision.
With this video, I also began sharing observations.
1. Video – ‘VIBRATION’
The vibration technique is convenient to perform.
The goal of the technique is to stimulate the facial muscles.
This type of massage stretches/massages out stiff areas on the face and activates facial metabolism.
If you were to consistently perform only this technique for facial massage, over time you would see that you created conditions for your body and it responded with more intense recovery.
2. Video – ‘Tapping’
Tapping can be done gently, moderately, or strongly.
The goal of this technique is to soften the stiff areas of the face.
I recommend adopting the mindset that if you are going to do this work, do it with care.
If any area of the face is painful, then perform tapping more gently or choose a softer method.
It’s useful to know with the body that a painful area today might be much more comfortable tomorrow. Generally, the reaction of painful areas will soften during the session.
3. Video – ‘Four Techniques’
“Four techniques” are also strong techniques.
However, with these techniques, you can choose the degree of strength yourself.
The goal of the techniques is to release the rigid areas of the face and soften facial folds.
When I aimed to reduce my sagging cheek folds (with rare massages), I noticed that the effects of the strongly performed techniques were evident in the following days. Similarly, the results were more lasting.
When I felt ready for it (e.g., 1-2 times a month), I performed the techniques strongly for the entire session.
It is, of course, impossible to inflict pain on yourself… but it is certainly possible to perform the techniques at the edge of discomfort, effectively enough.
Here’s a revised version of the translation for better clarity and fidelity:
“The skin and muscles in the face are soft. However, the attachment points of the muscles to the skull are tendinous and strong.
These tendinous areas of the face first become stiff with age.
In older age, salts begin to accumulate in these areas. Salts contribute to the formation of the body’s bones.
Since the area is already stiff, the body can no longer distinguish between bone and non-bone and starts to deposit salts in that area. This makes the region even stiffer.
Stronger massage works more effectively on these areas.
Additional Information
- There is a sentence in the video: “I performed this technique at the edge of my tolerance, but still comfortably enough that I could do it for 45-60 minutes”. I meant that I used only this technique on my face, and I was able to do it continuously for 45-60 minutes.
4. Video – ‘Daily 1’
This video shows the softest technique, which involves circular motions.
You can successfully perform this technique while watching TV. The goal of this technique is to stimulate the facial recovery processes and keep them active.
However, before performing the session, you can attune yourself to work with positive feelings (the focus is more on the face).
In this case, the results of the session are also more effective to some degree.
The body loves the effect that is achieved with positive feelings (See the video ‘Massage with Feelings’).
5. Video- ‘Daily 2’
A light yet effective massage.
If you choose to do lighter and more frequent massages, then using glass tools is a solid option.
The goal of this massage is to move and press the facial muscles. This activity keeps the facial recovery processes consistently active.
6. Video- ‘Massage with Feelings’
It is no longer a mystery to scientists that emotions affect the body—experiments have been conducted and the impact of positive feelings on the body has been documented.
In everyday life, however, we are not used to harnessing our emotions for our benefit.
I had already experienced that positive feelings can rejuvenate the face—I had done concentration sessions for myself and verified the results.
However, this film was a first-time experience for me—I found that even in a so-called ‘normal’ (awake) state, emotions can significantly affect the face.
7. video-‘Sessions of Positive Feelings Work Wonders With the Body’
In everyday life, positive feelings have an essential role—we always strive to stay in a good mood.
However, we are accustomed to positive emotions and often treat them quite casually. In everyday life, the mind finds it hard to consider positivity as something special.
On my course, a woman approached me who, after 15 minutes of positive concentration, had significantly improved the range of motion in her wrist and said: ‘Look how much freer my wrist is!’ And she waved her hand in front of me. ‘I improved the movement of my hand so much, but you know, I still don’t believe I did it.’ It was said with half-humor, enthusiasm, and at the same time, doubt.
Why is it difficult for us to believe in ‘miracles’ related to ourselves even when we see them?
Quite a simple reason – ‘miracles’ were performed only by saints, spiritual leaders, dedicated yogis, or simply so-called ‘miracle people.’ But not ordinary individuals. For common people, sacred and miraculous possibilities were unattainable. This spiritual perspective was once propagated by religious leaders and also the elite – something extraordinary and miraculous is unattainable for ordinary people.
This attitude is so deeply ingrained in our consciousness that even our controlling and rational mind cannot acknowledge the true reality: I could do amazing things with my body only with thoughts and feelings and in a very short time.
Additionally, the church spread the belief that the body is worldly, sinful, and caring for it signifies a deviation from the right, god-pleasing, religious path. Religion, prevailing for two thousand years, has strongly influenced our culture.
Now, we are freer, and we have the choice to believe or not to believe. But reality remains reality – we have the ability to positively influence our body. These possibilities and qualities are natural and inherent to both our body and spirit. They are easily accessible and bring us much good.
Of course, rarely does lasting well-being come to us easily – work, or sessions, still need to be done. But… – the results are impossible to overestimate. What other external means or condition could influence us in the way our own spirit and mind do? Maybe someday…, but certainly not for free…😊
Positive feelings are trainable. I used to do a real job of performing positive feelings sessions. Now, however, I enjoy those half-hour sessions as an oasis of relaxation amid the everyday hustle. The body changes I show in the video were experiments from years ago. In the meantime, I developed innovative massage techniques. There was little time for exploring positive feelings. Now, gradually, I experiment, observe, and explore again. It’s a very exciting and valuable journey!
