For already 2 years in a row, my face (and body for 1 year) shows signs of recovery.

My 63 years, which were evident in my appearance, are gradually diminishing, and I am delighted to look younger. Since everything on this website already (and even more in the future) pertains to health and quality of life in the later stages of life, I believe that modesty is not appropriate. Similar joyful results are possible for all those who start working on it.

I will describe the processes and activities as accurately as possible. At the same time, I wish for you to approach your activities with a relaxed, evaluative, and creative mindset. After all, we have different natures and bodies.

Facial Self-Massage Course Application

 The goal of the course is to show you that regular stimulation of the face using massage-like techniques encourages the face to rejuvenate.

The body’s recovery potential does not require the complex art of massage.

It is a resource of the body that opens up when the right conditions are established.

Consistency, simple stimulation, and the right tuning are enough for the body’s renewal processes to work effectively.

General Information About the Course

  • The course is based on personal experiences.

11 months of consistent facial massage sessions and 12 months of positive concentration sessions demonstrated that face rejuvenation and restoration are possible.

  • The goal of the course’s physical techniques is to stimulate face rejuvenation.

This process requires a different approach compared to conventional classical massage and traditional massage techniques.

Since the techniques need to be performed consistently, my goal was to make them as simple as possible. By using simple techniques and tools, it is easier to be consistent, and the results over time are more extensive.

it is worth appreciating the gradual and not rapid manifestations of changes.

In such a process, you can be confident in observing the natural recovery process of the body, and you can also be assured that the changes will have a lasting and long-term effect.

  • In the videos, I demonstrate the use of tools for facial massage.

Since the face rejuvenation effect requires performing techniques over an extended period, using tools significantly eases your work and makes it easier to remain consistent.

My views on the body

In this facial massage course, I share a personal experience– one stage of my journey.

In creating the course, I used my professional skills and knowledge, as well as worldview aspects to describe and explain the functioning of the body’s inner nature.

When you watch the introductory videos, you will find that you are familiar with what is being said and described; it is not foreign to you at all. But as always– someone needs to remind us of important things again and again, because the demands of life and culture are so encompassing that essential foundational knowledge tends to be forgotten.

In the course, I will show you six methods for performing facial massages – three demonstrating strong techniques and three soft techniques that support face rejuvenation.

When to Start?

  • It’s beneficial to begin regular facial care in your mid-40s.

Through consistent sessions or ongoing practice, you can slow down signs of facial aging and maintain a fresh appearance over the years.

  • Individuals over 50 can rejuvenate and restore their facial appearance with consistent practice.

For Those Seeking Rapid Changes

If you’re aiming for quicker results, try the 6th method (Massage with Emotions) and the 7th method (Focus Session).

However, even with these, you’ll need to invest time and attention into the practice.

The physical techniques in the course are not suitable for those

who have undergone facial surgeries or used fillers. 

However, both

  • —and the positive concentration method in the video “Positive Emotion Sessions Work Wonders with the Body…” are safe and suitable even for those for whom facial massages are otherwise contraindicated.

Proven Techniques

The course materials are based on techniques I’ve personally used to stimulate my facial muscles. I discuss my experiences in the course video “Massages Rejuvenate the Face!” . I’ve conducted thorough research and can confirm that facial massages yield valuable results.

When comparing the before-and-after photos, pay attention to the overall facial structure changes.

With natural facial rejuvenation, stimulated facial muscles gain tone, contract, and begin to lift the entire face as a whole. While the initial wrinkles are still present, their depth and the prominence of facial folds have reduced by half or even more.

After 11 Months of Facial Massages, My Face Had Significantly Changed

I was very pleased with the transformation, which is evident in the photos. However, at that time, I was still dissatisfied with the deep folds beside my nose and the condition of my facial skin.

Inspired by literature on bodily rejuvenation, I became passionate about enhancing my quality of life and began this journey.

Since my proposed path is inherently gentle (positive focus sessions are also inherently pleasant), the only challenge I faced was doubt—does this really work?

That was my sole source of stress: hoping and working diligently, only to fear it might all be in vain. The potential disappointment wasn’t so much about the effort, as the process was interesting, but more about shattered hopes.

Nevertheless, the practices proved successful.

Nature is steadfast in its essence when supported appropriately.


Before Starting Positive Focus Sessions

After completing the facial massage regimen, I didn’t engage in any facial activities for four months. During this period, I was ill, and the following photo pair, taken before beginning the positive focus sessions, still shows signs of illness

12 Months of Positive Focus Sessions…

During the facial massage period, I refrained from combining methods (I didn’t practice positive focus). Mixing techniques would have made it challenging to discern their individual effects.

I already knew that focus sessions were effective. This time, however, I approached them differently—more calmly, with enjoyment, and less intensity.

I also supported my body’s overall state and health with focus sessions.

This amounted to two sessions per week for general well-being and two sessions for facial care.

Thus, I achieved both bodily well-being and aesthetic refinement for my face.


In reality, facial changes are more noticeable in the mirror than in photos. While the lines beside the nose are still visible in the photo, in reality, they’ve nearly halved. The eyebrows have lifted, and the eyes appear larger. Overall, there’s a noticeable reduction in facial folds.

Before starting facial massages, the surface layer of my facial skin was becoming dry and parchment-like (this isn’t evident in photos). Midway through the focus sessions, I began to notice that even the surface layer was finally improving.

This further confirms my belief that bodily changes occur from the inside out. When aiming for natural bodily transformations, one must persist until internal changes manifest externally.

Compared to the start, I’ve aged two years.

Therefore, the body can counteract the passage of time and even rejuvenate. It’s a powerful process…

A Rejuvenated Appearance Boosts Self-Esteem and Confidence

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if, instead of withdrawing from life as we age, we could feel renewed strength and self-belief in our pursuits?

I don’t underestimate the importance of appearance in one’s life post-middle age. Subconscious suggestions work subtly: a wrinkled face reminds us that we’re “declining” and “fading,” hinting that we should start retreating from life.

Under no circumstances do I underestimate the importance of a person’s appearance after middle age.

A smoother face, however, begins to remind us of our own youthfulness, beauty, and strength.

Inspired by my own transformations, I found numerous reasons to start realizing my dreams.

It was a very invigorating and pleasant awakening.

Of course, there were other successes, but the youthful reflection in the mirror was what uniquely uplifted my spirits.

To rediscover one’s youthfulness…

The process of facial rejuvenation has been exciting and refreshing, especially due to the delightful results. Facial massages work!

The boost in self-esteem and confidence compensates for much of what comes with inevitable age-related changes.

To be passionate, motivated, and curious once again is very invigorating and gratifying.
