Over time, I will also add massage videos to the site. 24 years of experience as a massage therapist has helped me understand the nature of the body and its ability to recover—with regular care, it is possible to guide your body to heal and rejuvenate.

Instead of aging and the decline of bodily functions, it is possible to restore the body’s youthful vitality—this is something you have to experience for yourself!
You don’t need to believe it; understanding is key. What matters is having an adequate understanding of the body’s and nature’s recovery possibilities and potential: as long as nature and the body are alive, recovery is always possible. If you create conditions that promote recovery for the body, the process will always work!
Activating the body’s recovery potential requires two components: mental alertness, desire, awareness, or vision—in simpler terms: “I like this,” “I want this,” or “this is beneficial, I will do it”—and consistent physical action.


The massage techniques I will describe in the future require some physical effort but are still relatively simple and easier to perform than conventional massage techniques. Almost every session brings results that enhance the body’s well-being.
The facial massage course and concentration technique currently available on the site are also simple to perform. The advantage of these techniques is that they don’t require much effort or drain your energy. With consistent practice, good results are always guaranteed for you.
Regular exercise and massage techniques are also good and beneficial but are often quite difficult to perform. They require strength and determination, which most of us often lack.
Fortunately, taking care of the body is also possible in ways that are not as demanding and exhausting. It’s important to recognize that as we age, the body needs care. If you provide that care for yourself, everyday life will remain active and fulfilling for a long time to come.
