Are you looking for a natural and proven way to support facial rejuvenation? Here is my personal experience.

My Background and Experience

My name is Lydia Adone. I have worked as a massage therapist for over 25 years, and during that time I have come to deeply understand the body’s ability to restore itself – both practically and profoundly. By the time I reached my 60s, I realized I wanted to consciously support the rejuvenation of my own face – in a natural, body-friendly way.
And I started from the same place you might be in now – unsure whether facial massage really works.

How the Facial Massage Course Began

This course grew directly out of my personal need and experience:

⚪ All techniques and results were documented over a period of 11 months to show how simple and consistent actions truly work.

⚪ I also regularly practiced focus sessions – over 12 months, there were significant changes in both face and body.

⚪ These facial changes can be seen in photos and videos.

If anyone has ever wondered whether facial massage really works, my own journey is clear proof.
These are not theories – they are tested practices based on the body’s natural intelligence and consistent support.

Please be mindful in your choices – the course includes the focusing method video. However, the video can also be purchased separately.

The feeling-based massage and the focusing method from the course are well-suited to more sensitive body conditions.
Later, when you feel more confident, you can try out stronger techniques.
It’s important to learn to feel your body and understand its limits.

Ideally, you should learn to understand your body’s needs and adjust the frequency of sessions accordingly.
I started by doing facial massages 2–4 times a week for nearly a year, lasting 20–45 minutes each.
After that, I practiced the focusing method (no longer doing facial massages) – 2 sessions per week for the face and 2 for body support, each about 30 minutes long.

Even less frequent sessions yield results, especially when done consistently. However, in that case, results may appear more slowly.
In the video “Massages Rejuvenate the Face!”, I explain the possibilities for session repetition.

In the course video “Massages Rejuvenate the Face!” it’s shown that noticeable results appear after about two months.
But even after one month, you may already see positive changes.
The feeling-based massage taught in the course may bring faster results. Some more intensive massage techniques have also shown visible changes in a shorter time.

Yes, the materials are for independent use and can be viewed at your own convenience.
The whole course is built on the principle of self-practice.
Each technique video is introduced with an explanatory text.
Choose techniques that feel right for you to practice.
Over time, you will likely become familiar with all the techniques.

Yes, shorter sessions can also be effective.

For example, I did daily 20-minute massage sessions with cups for a month and the results were noticeable.

Still, I prefer longer sessions 2–4 times a week, as my experience as a massage therapist shows that the body needs rest/recovery time for the changes to settle.

Once the body is accustomed to the techniques, even daily shorter sessions can be beneficial – especially if that suits your mindset.

Currently, I work full time, so responses may take a little time – but they will definitely arrive :).

Yes, if you prefer, you can choose to only watch the focusing method video and follow just that journey.

The course includes two gentle methods – feeling-based massage and the focusing method.

These methods can usually be used safely.

For other massage techniques, it’s important to consult a doctor or relevant specialist beforehand.

After facial surgery, massage may support recovery after a certain time.

In the case of fillers, normal-strength or more intense techniques might not be suitable at all.

No, the course already includes the video.

Yes, the course is designed so that anyone can apply it – the step-by-step instructions are simple and body-friendly.

The key is to learn to understand your body and apply the techniques in a way that always brings benefit.
